Program Manager/Delivery Manager - Banking/Loan

Responsibilities :

- Manage End to End Delivery of Requirements from Banking/MFI clients.

- Collaborate with Client IT and Business teams to discuss/specify requirements, priorities, schedules, deviations.

- Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge and build project teams.

- Liaise between Development, QA, and Product teams to coordinate day-to-day execution as per plan.

- Support teams to resolve dependencies.

- Manage project risks, highlight scope changes, and other unplanned events.

- Manage releases to Clients and ensure support to resolve testing issues for go-live and immediate post-go-live issues.

- Manage escalations and manage work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Competencies :

- Must have managed teams of size 8+ members.

- Good knowledge in the Banking domain(Loan origination AND Loan Management).

- Experience in Agile methodology.

- Strong in written & oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
