Program Manager - Data Science

Responsibilities :

- Oversee multiple project teams that deliver solutions.

- Participate in customer meetings for gathering requirements.

- Create and manage Business Requirements documents.

- Create and manage technical requirement documents.

- Create and manage delivery/project plans.

- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives.

- Organize and track jobs, clarify project scopes, proactively manage risks, manage project escalations, ruthlessly prioritize tasks, and problem-solve

- Co-ordinate with other departments in the organization to identify the right skillsets to execute the projects.

- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

- Identify Product gaps and deliver feedback to Product teams for enhancement and improvements.

Required Skills :

- 10 to 15 Years of experience in program management in Data science field

- Understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture

- Previous hands on engineering experience
