Program Manager - Cyber Security

Job Role: Collaborate with the global leadership team in terms of assisting with preparing strawman, strategy and execution, operations and delivery.

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15+ years of hands on relevant experience in managing cyber security IT projects with excellent creativity,

perseverance, strategy and execution.

Essential Technical skills:

- Project management certification such as PMI, PRINCE2

- Possess Solid project/program management skills

- Have a deep understanding about project strategy and execution

- Possess Mandatory hands on Experience in Microsoft office products such as MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and Microsoft project

- Have a solid understanding of Presales, Solutioning, Sales and Marketing

- Possess a good understanding of Security Solutions, Operations, Professional, Technical and Consulting services

- Have a deep understanding & awareness of Cloud concepts & Multitenancy.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation

- Establish best practices for New Customer Onboarding & Implementations.

- Establish standard design templates for customers

- Possess working knowledge of at least 1 software product

- Excellent Knowledge & practice of Information & Cloud Security

- Possess conceptual awareness of concepts of Servers, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Operating Systems, Databases etc.

Non-Technical Skills -

- Excellent Communication skill & the ability to interact with various teams and customers

- Ability to work in a matrix organization

- Possess a good understanding on Service Operations and Delivery

- Possess a deep awareness & practice of of ISO 20000 & ITIL Processes & Practice.

- Exposure to ISO 27001, PCI related certification & compliance Practices.

- Awareness of at least 1 Enterprise Ticketing system.

- Ability to think innovatively & possess good decision-making skills

- Share best practices and suggest continuous improvement
