Key roles & responsibilities:
- Assess, design and co build (along with external stakeholders) curriculum to standards - national/international level
- Review and recommend other educational materials and alternative teaching learning aids
- Observe work of government teaching staff to evaluate performance
- Develop procedures for government teachers to implement curriculum
- Train government stakeholders - teachers, administrators, etc., and other instructional staff in new content or technology
- Develop and institutionalize a safe environment (physically & emotionally) for children, staff and stakeholders
- Lead and deliver courses to community/parents as extended stakeholders on select windows
- Continually research best practice in physical/digital specialization & education and make recommendations to management on the continual improvement of the product/programs
Implementation/Field work:
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on understanding needs and co-creating pilot initiatives and innovate scaled implementation models
- Become a catalyst for the change areas in self, self to outer, change in community & change in nation
- Design and fwacilitate capacity building sessions for govt officials, village communities & school stakeholders on self, self change to outer change, change in community & change in the nation
- Identify domain-specific learning needs of the team and plan learning interventions
- Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery
- Assist with on-boarding, training and guiding nation builders and share best practices within team as well as with stakeholders
Product development stages and its understanding:
- Design nation building domain (self awareness, self change to outer change, change in community & nation) skill-based frameworks to support future ready children
- Develop curriculums and other need-based intervention products.
- Conceptualise products that needs to be delivered to support the operations team/school stakeholders.
- Develop assessment tools and associated products as part of the assessment package.
Collaboration for product development - internal and external stakeholders/organisations - National/ International:
- Collaborate with other Central teams, Operations, support functions, etc. for need identification, co creation of products, implementation, facilitation support etc.
- Facilitate discussions and meetings with operations team on understanding need and executing products in field.
- Contribute to developing quarterly reports for donors
- Develop reports for CEO and senior management
- Reporting and support within the organization
- Support senior team members in projects incubation, prototyping, designing and piloting.
- Support in facilitating capacity development sessions, orientations, etc.
- Create processes to ensure growth by goal setting and calibrating expectations.
