- Improve CA penetration in existing base

- Cross sell of CA to Self-employed customers who are only SA customers

- Identify high potential self-employed customers in the Yes Bank base with only SA, for upgrade to Premia/Cross Sell CA Premia

- Portfolio Actions

- Review customer portfolio on regular basis

- Cross sell relevant products to customers while engaging with appropriate stakeholders

- Work with product providers to design value proposition of identified segments - rates, fee waivers, offers etc. and work on increasing penetration across products

- Analysis of customer portfolio on ongoing basis to determine

- New customers (90days+ vintage) who have not activated their relationship

- Vintage customers who were once active and now inactive

- Vintage customer who were never active on the relationship

- Execution

- Work with teams to get the campaign executed across channels

- Work with channel team to educate frontline about the product offer

- Ensure updation of the offer on CRM and pitching of the same on inbound calls at the contact center
