Program Manager - Cross Selling/Top Up

Our client is one of the leading non banking financial services company, looking to hire program manager for cross selling and top up.

Responsibilities:

TOPUP

1. Deployment & achievement of assigned business plans.

2. Increase the Base to business conversion with help of field & online module.

3. Design & deployment of schemes for increasing the business volume.

4. Liaison with Pan India agencies for field support on documentation pickup.

5. Co-ordinate with front end field teams & call centers to resolve the issues.

6. Co-ordinate with the Ops and finance teams for facilitating timely disbursals.

7. Responsible for monitoring & driving the overall P&L for the assigned product.

Cross-sell - 

1. Deployment & achievement of assigned business plans.

2. Collecting business intelligence from Competition and Coordinating with various departments to achieve monthly targets.

3. Co-ordinate with field to ensure timely visits and documentation for Xsell customers.

4. Increase the Base to business conversion with help of field.

5. Design & deployment of schemes for increasing the business volume.

6. Liaison with Pan India agencies for field support on documentation pickup.

7. Co-ordinate with the Ops and finance teams for facilitating timely disbursals.

8. Responsible for monitoring & driving the overall P&L for the assigned product.
