Program Manager /Credit Manager - Factoring (Supply Chain Finance/ Dealer Finance/ Channel Finance)

a) Underwrite proposals for new supply chain corporate programs and Factoring & Treds platform.

b) Facilitate the approval of the proposals to senior management in compliance with credit policy

c) Monitoring delinquency, deferrals, pending documentation, early warning signs for borrowers and take corrective action

d) Facilitate faster deal closures through proactive participation

e) Authorize transactions on Treds platform

f) Ensuring timely renewal of the limits

g) Driving automation initiatives to facilitate effective underwriting and portfolio monitoring

a) CA or MBA Finance with atleast 3 years and max 7 years' experience

b) Experience of Credit/product in a Factoring company/Treds exchange definite advantage

c) Strong analytical ability and understanding of risk both credit and operational

d) Good communication skills and ability to interact with senior management

e) Ability to work with MS Office especially Excel
