Experience : 8 - 12 years

Location : Mumbai

Description :

- Person will be responsible to lead the delivery tower assigned

- Person will be responsible for the end - to - end Implementation of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution for our clients.

- Will require to build a deep understanding of the SFMC solution -End - to - end implementation will include requirement gathering / discovery workshop in order to understand the exact requirement from the client

- Will be responsible for handling communication with project stakeholders - client and internal stakeholder effectively

- Should be able to create project plan and maintain the same to execute the deliverables as per milestones committed.

- Should be able to work across projects

- Should follow processes laid down and ensure compliance by the team

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Should be good team player

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and channels (preferable)

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Ability to deliver complex assignments within challenging timelines.

- Should have been in leadership role in his past experience
