Key Responsibilities:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

- Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high-impact capabilities to market.

- Work with the product teams to drive prioritization of initiatives that will help these sellers to succeed in crossborder trade.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Author Deep Dives into high visibility topics and present the findings to key stakeholders across global teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 4 years professional experience.

- High level of academic achievement including good first degree from leading institution

- Experience driving large, cross functional, projects within recognizably successful organizations in a comparable fast paced environment. Experience with Internet/ecommerce businesses is beneficial.

- Demonstrated ability of solving problems and business challenges through analyzing and data.

- Proven ability to develop successful relationships with internal and external partners.

- Ability to think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA preferred

- Basic to intermediate SQL skills highly desirable
