Community - Program Manager Business Context : - Community - Program Manager will be a part of the Community team that helps members of apna build a strong professional network and grow in their career. - The team is extremely fast paced and passionate about creating an impact in the lives of the users - empowering them to build their professional image that will enable them to attract a job. About the Role : - This role will be on the frontline of the vertical of Apna that is the key differentiator of the company. - You will be driving product ops initiatives. - Your role will be to take up insights from community users/problem areas, build hypotheses and meaningfully add to the product. - This is an individual contributor role in a result oriented environment focused on creating outstanding learning experiences for our users. 1. Working 5 days a week and taking up ownership for creators metric and retention 2. Location - Work from home (currently), 9:30AM -7:30PM 3. Intent to join apna Key Responsibilities : - Develop strategies around user journey on the app primarily geared towards key community metrics like creators and retention. Take metric ownership, align with product strategy and prioritization - Based on quantitative/qualitative insights, develop hypotheses/problem statement and drive end-to-end projects - Communicate with external and internal stakeholders through various channels (maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude) and generate insights on user behavior - Demonstrate a proactive approach to improve or optimize of existing operational processes (content and creator ops) - Cross-functional program management - Analyze content creation/consumption trends (professional content universe) and work with product on tags strategy including discoverability - Ideate and execute for adoption of product features and run experiments for improvement - Track impact of product features and conduct RCA for trends in impact - Work closely with the tags strategy team to solve for feed supply, content diversity, relevance and creator ops - Solve for and enhance content creation and discovery flows in the product Requirements for the Role : 1. BE/B. Tech from premier institutes or MBA from a recognized college or university 2. 1-3 years experience in startups, program management, product or analytics role, content/community experience preferred 3. Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, detail orientation and running experiments 4. Self-starter, strong ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines 5. Excellent analytical and reasoning skill 6. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google sheets/Data visualization tools 7. Excellent communication skills; business proficiency, written and spoken fluency in English
