Program Manager/Community Lead - eCommerce Marketplace

We are actively hiring a Program Manager with extremely good communication skills to lead the entire initiative. The role will be very much diverse.

The Job Description includes, but does not limit to :

1. Be the voice of these Sahelis within the company

2. Achieve key Saheli-driven business objectives like acquisition, retention working with the product, operations and data teams

3. Drive product-updates to the Saheli app

4. Lead and grow the saheli operation team to perfect the selection, onboarding of these sahelis as we scale from 700 to 10k Sahelis

5. Measure and improve Saheli NPS

Requirements :

1. Effective communication skills & leadership skills.

2. At Atleast 1+ year of experience in managing a project.

3. Highly Analytical, Organized & a team builder

4. Creative problem solver & an influencer.
