Job Title: Program Manager - Client Engagement & Campaign Management for Wealth Management Business

Location: BKC Mumbai

Job Description :

- Will be responsible for all customer engagement initiatives and tie-ups for Wealth management lead generation & client acquisition.

- Will engage with cross functional teams to drive central communication to Private Banking customers.

- Will liaise with analytics team and conceptualize as well as drive campaigns, end to end for penetrating Investment Products into Bank's customer base

- Will also be responsible for driving cross sell initiatives through NRI, Business Banking, Credit Cards and any other channel.

- Will set platform & manage for Customer lifecycle management for Private Banking clients

- Will act as first point of reference for all Customer engagement initiatives such as events, lifestyle tie ups, club memberships etc.

- Will drive Social media initiatives for wealth products in collaboration with Marketing team.
