Years of Experience: 3-5 yrs Job Title: Channel Development Manager, Scaled Agencies Duties: - Conceptualize, implement and continually improve agency program for India (Small & Medium Business Team) - Design and execute standard cadence of operations for Agency Programs. Support SMB-Agency teams with planning and operational deliverables. Define appropriate KPIs for programs and track performance. - Create the analytical infrastructure with Dashboards, KPIs and models to support sales programs - Define success metrics for the pilots & scale opportunities with key program objectives - Perform analysis of programs and initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement - Work with business stakeholders to identify the major operational challenges in their teams; diagnose and resolve those issues - Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the company (business/cross functional); both global and regional. Skills: - Master's or Bachelor's degree - 3+ years- work experience in program management - Demonstrated business acumen & problem-solving ability with experience providing practical business insights backed by sound, data-driven analysis - Intermediate to advance Excel modeling experience - Experience with forecasting metrics & building operational models - Digital marketing exposure preferred
