Program Manager - Campus Hiring - Investment Bank

Urgent opening with one of the leading Investment Banking client of Flexibility, RPO of ABC Consultants for the role of Program Manager - Campus Hiring. The candidate will be an employee of Flexibility and will be deputed to the client office.

Role:

- Responsible for all aspects of seasonal intern and entry-level program management.

- Partners with the business, HR Coverage, Talent Management and Campus Recruiting.

- Collaborate and work closely with Programs teams to identify opportunities across entry-level program management.

- Build client relationships across the different infrastructure businesses, as well as the revenue businesses as required for firm-wide programs.

- Partner with subject matter experts and manage vendor relationships.

- Evaluate program feedback, looking for opportunities to improve on-going design and delivery of programs.

- Design, and work with internal product specialists and external consultants to develop and deliver training programs across client business units in line with local needs.

Salary offered: 7-14LPA
