Post Graduate in Marketing from a Top B-school

- Will have complete ownership of all Affluent Clients B2C campaign delivery execution and performance

- Will include P&L ownership of financial metrics to be driven through on-line / off line campaigns

- As part of the Affluent segment team in corporate office, will have responsibility to identify campaigns that fill a client need gap or help drive key business KPIs like CASA, Transactions, Cross-sell and Family Banking

- Will use available analytics and data insights to devise B2C campaigns targeted at achieving specific objectives towards the above business KPIs.

- Will be the SPOC to liaise with Marketing team and Campaign Management unit to have creative yet effective direct-to-customer campaigns created and delivered in a manner that yields best conversion / uptake outcomes

- Ensure accuracy of facts and figures in the marketing campaigns from all angles pertaining to product, compliance, legal and other areas and procure formal sign offs from relevant stakeholders wherever needed

- Will work with Solutions team and IT for effective use of CRM and Lead Management systems for managing leads from such campaigns and for automation of customer response mechanism as well as escalation flow in case of lead ageing- to help improve conversion and business results

- Monitoring & analysing consumer behaviour in response to campaigns (read rates, click through rates, adoption/ usage data, drop-off incidence etc.) to help marketing sharpen future campaigns and make them more effective

- Will ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements while building up campaigns

- Communicate with the Affluent RM teams in geography to help them know pro-actively the array of Campaigns being targeted at their customers and the business rationale thereof.

- Drive campaign leads across RM and RM teams to achieve desired results.

- Lay out clearly and drive diligent follow-up and execution/ conversion metrics expected from the RM teams on the various campaigns

- Deliver regular Dashboards/Reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs to various stakeholders in cross-function and senior management as well as geographies

- In conjunction with the segment program team, latch-in performance across Campaign metrics into the KPI Dashboards for the RM teams

- Track, report, analyse, discuss and follow- up on campaign requests, status, issues, trends etc.
