Program Manager - Business Development & GTM
Roles & Responsibilities :
Depending on the function, the role is to identify problem statements specific to the function, design solutions and drive end-to-end execution. The following are only a few function-specific problems:
1. Business Development & GTM
- Expanding current channels of acquisition
- Design & bring efficiency in our GTM partnerships
- Scale our lead generation quality + quantity
- Drive Efficiency with the inside sales team to reduce CAC
- Reduce sales drop-offs
- Drive hiring projects
- Report to the head of the function
- Work with 40+ member Sales + Onboarding team + 2 team leads to drive projects

- Strong analytical problem solving ability

- Ability to work with a team to identify problems, design & implement solutions
- Design & model solutions , evaluate prioritisation & trade-offs
