Today, we offers everything from books and electronics to tennis rackets and diamond jewelry. We operate sites in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Canada, Italy, and China and maintain dozens of fulfillment centers around the world which encompass more than 26 million square feet.

We are searching for top-notch Program Manager_BPR to drive key project initiatives that will help manage sustained process improvements in our Operations team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Project identification and governance: Identifies effective project opportunities in TRMS operation team by conducting the process study using value stream maps or other suitable techniques. Leads the execution of projects across Operations to improve end-to-end operational performance.

- Change Management & Innovation: Develops and/or influences new ideas/approaches. Establishes procedures, plans and practices which promote the adoption of appropriate solutions and sustainability of desired results in complex operational environments.Develops strategies to enhance decision making.

- Results & Accountability: Ensures that effective controls are developed and maintained across the organization. Takes corrective action, as appropriate. Strong commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure the completion within established timeframes. Drives and facilitates moderately complex projects; focuses on results and measuring attainment of outcomes.

- Reporting: Reporting on progress of multiple projects, providing regular updates to senior management.

- Lead and coach risk assessment analysis throughout the department using suitable tools such as FMEA. Drive a Zero Defect culture by managing controllable root-cause defects and ensure implementation of controls and minimize losses.

- Collaboration: Partners with (advises and supports) the global process owners, Site leaders, Operation managers in identifying, defining and executing various process improvement projects

Basic Qualifications:-

- Requires high degree of interpretation and analysis of somewhat obscure or inconclusive data

- Requires a high level of judgment to make appropriate decisions for diverse and undefined issues

- The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of quantitative, consultative, and facilitative/leadership skills

- Proven analytical/technical aptitude, i.e. statistics and the ability to carefully analyze large, complex data sets

- Significant exposure to and strong experience in Kaizen/process improvement, DMAIC methodology

- Certified Black Belt from a reputed Organization

- Demonstrated Leadership and Project Management experience

- Knowledge of principles and applications of statistical methods including statistical problem solving is required.

- Change agent with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and work under tight deadlines

- Hands on Knowledge in utilizing Access, SharePoint, OBIEE

- Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Ability to deliver success as an individual contributor

- Strong influencing skills and negotiation skills

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Thorough knowledge of program management lifecycle and project management tools

- Ability to drive projects efficiently in a cross-functional environment by establishing respect and confidence in the business and technical community

- Ability to motivate and focus people resources where there is no direct reporting relationship

Preferred Qualifications:-

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Black Belt

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the capacity of a Project Manager/Program Manager

- Oracle/SQL/OBIEE experience is a strong plus

- Working knowledge and proven track record of success with the Toyota Production System: JIT, JIDOKA and HEIJUNKA

- Experience in conducting Green Belt, Lean trainings

- Exposure to SDLC methodology is a strong plus

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document is a strong plus

Note : Certified in Six Sigma & PMP is Must. BB Preferred.

Looking for someone who has experience handling Non-IT Projects.

Also should have a strong experience handling Stake Holders.
