Skill Set Required :
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management and driving Change Management initiatives across cross functional teams.
- Experience in driving Strategic Business Transformation initiatives and driving Culture change in Digital / Technical / Software / Start-up Organisation would be preferred
- Ability to Drive Results, Effective Communication and Partnerships
- Ability to translate high-level ideas into Structured Actionable Items
- Excellent Project & Time Management Skills
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills to interact with confidence with Stakeholders and leadership
- Quite Familiar in carving out meaningful Documents/Mails to convey the message in most appropriate manner to Stakeholders
- Calm Demeanour to handle multiple assignments and tight deadlines in unfamiliar territory
- Ability to influence authority to get things moving despite not having direct reporting relationships
- Understand the importance of Scope Management and Scheduling
- Willingness to Try something new and Positive Attitude

- Manage Risks and Issues and take Corrective Measurements
- Coordinate with Team and Manage Interdependencies
- Manage Internal/External Stakeholders Relationship & Communication
- Align Deliverables/Timelines to the Program's outcome
- Manage the Program Documents
- Set up Process to improve the efficiency and reduce TCO
