a. Planning, coordination and preparation of materials for governance meetings
b. Drafting and distribution of committee meeting minutes and ensuring timely and effective follow-up on action items.
c. Support the delivery of Client Experience change projects.
d. Identify process improvement opportunities and work closely with management to implement the change.
e. Drive implementation of initiatives and perform ad-hoc analysis when required.
f. Liaise with our counterparts across banks to ensure project implementation & alignment with the bank's core strategy for Client Experience.
Project management & Analytics support required for CEX transformation program:
a. Provide Data insights & analytics support for client experience initiatives
b. Drive implementation of the CEX transformation initiatives and perform ad-hoc analysis when required
c. Project planning & status monitoring
d. Planning, coordination and preparation of materials for governance meetings
e. Provide MIS and early warnings signals for project implementation
f. Ensuring timely and effective follow-up on action items.
g. Liaise with our counterparts across banks to ensure project implementation & alignment with the bank's core strategy for Client Experience.
