Job Title - Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management
- Team management – Managing teams up to 50-60 members
- Business performance and SLA management
- Demand planning, Materials and inventory management
- Improving strategic planning performance for the client operations on planning, forecasting, inventory and supplier performance. Provide value adds and innovative solutions to the customer.
- Building a data oriented culture, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals.
- Operations efficiency improvements in cost, quality, delivery and drive business excellence
- Global Customer and relationship management
- Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational performance, process changes, escalations, etc.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain business communication with senior management
- Team management – Hiring, coaching, talent management and retention
Skills –
- Experience in Automotive industry is mandatory
Should have experience in Supply Chain Management Domain
- Team management and leadership
- Relationship management - build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
- Verbal and written communication. Good at presentation skills
- Supply Chain knowledgeable in supply chain terminology and methodology
- Demand Forecasting understand basics of seasonal, promotional and basic replenishment demand forecasting. Inventory, procurement and materials management.
Technical Skills –
- Experience in using ERP systems like – SAP/Oracle/ BAAN/Servigistics etc.
- Familiar with planning tools like i2/APO/Xelus etc.
- Certification in CPIM/ Supply Chain management will be an advantage
- MS Office
Others –
- Exceptions management
- Strong analytical and problem solving mind set. Out of box thinking
- Solid organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Essential Education - Minimum B.Tech/ MBA Degree required
