- The primary responsibility is to ensure that key customer-focused projects are completed and successfully launched in terms of budget, scope, and resources.
- This includes driving of the projects from initializing- strategizing, planning - schedule, cost, budget analysis and budget keeping, resource management; Execution ;
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the timelines, budget & resource requirements.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks and working along with the team to formulate the mitigation plan.
- Communicates effectively to internal & external stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
- BE/ BTECH in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Instrumentation/ Mechanical
- Experience of 3-8 Years in Program Management
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an innovative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
