As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including growth, supply chain management, central operations, and strategy. Responsibilities: 1. Growth Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion. Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. 2. Supply Chain Management: Optimize our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products/services. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to streamline operations. 3. Central Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. 4. Strategy Development: Work closely with senior management to develop and execute company-wide strategies. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making. 5.
