Program Manager - ATM & Software Services

The role would require interface with multiple stakeholders across finance, legal, back office, commercial, technology, IBO team in Australia, Technical Project Manager in Munich etc. i.e. assisting the project and business teams in scoping projects, coordinating with internal teams for delivery, manage project risks, issue management and change requests, develop project and documentation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The role involves a range of duties, including but not limited to the following:

- Responsible for managing and tracking project tasks, milestones and deliverables

- Assist the project and business teams to scope and plan projects

- Coordinate internal and external teams for project delivery

- Manage project risk, issue management and change requests

- Manage and assist in product testing and quality control

- Assist in answering technical or process queries

- Report and update project status

- Develop project documentation

- Coordinate with the team of international project managers on project delivery tasks

- Coordinate with finance on matters like bank account openings, credit checks for partners to be onboarded etc.

- Generate and send reports on project status

- Manage project closure and ensure proper handover to operations team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 8-12 years of experience in working in program management role or environment

- Is an excellent communicator as the role involves coordination with India, Europe, US and brand partners.

- Ability to apply project management method/methodology principles

- Ability to work with internal and external cross functional teams and stakeholders

- Ability to coordinate and work closely as part of a global team

- Work with limited/minimal supervision on tasks and activities assigned.

- Highly developed documentation, knowledge and information management skills;

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Relentless with follow-ups to get things moving with multiple parties

- Organised and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines
