Program Manager - Analytics - Internet/Online

Role

We are looking for a program manager who will be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management.

Area of Expertise

- Very good understanding of Advanced Excel, SQL, Python. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand business imperatives, product/operations, map business processes, identify opportunity areas, and carve out solutions Drive Key Strategic initiatives for the organization with focus on growth, profitability and outcomes Bring together insights to develop well-rounded recommendations and help communicate them effectively

- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Will be partnering with Senior Leadership & driving Strategic Initiatives

- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Working on strategy a nd analyzing program risks Think beyond immediate problem statements, to create long-term, end-to-end perspective, and demonstrate ability to proactively identify strategic opportunities.

Skill Requirements:

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Python.

- Proven experience in program management.

- Proven stakeholder management skills.

- Proven experience managing a team.

- Experience of management of data and analytics projects.

- Fluent knowledge of basic statistics and probability.
