Responsibilities: Understanding core business problems and requirements from customers, partners, prospects, sales, and support - Program Manager tasked with executing customer experience programs - Setting up the new customer portal for launch - Execute programs which drive customer experience journey from onboarding to decommissioning - Work with the platform analytics team to derive and drive NPS scores - Run surveys across multi-channel mechanisms for customers, partners, SMEs and internal stakeholders for product feedback. - Map out customer experience journeys - Drive customer engagement and improvement programs - Project progress/status reporting across distributed teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Configure/Introduce necessary tooling to improve product office engineering productivity and status reporting - Run Design Experience Boards and Customer experience board initiatives Experience: - Bachelor's degree or higher, MBA preferred - 2+ years of experience in a role with direct impact on customer experience - 4+ years- experience in Program Management or managerial experience - Exemplary communication, data analysis and relationship skills (verbal, written, and presentations) - Technical background needed to interface with developers and technical teams - Track record of successful program management and strategic operations - Experience with enterprise products or services - Preferred: Identity and Access Management (IAM PAM IDM) domain experience
