Program Management Role - IT Domain - Life Sciences

What will you do?

- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our LifeScience (LS) practice to become part of our existing team who excels by leading and coordinating a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

- Establish, oversee & drive IT delivery plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities, and quality as defined in the IT Project Management Methodology (ADF).

- Manage and coordinate IT project/program budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status to support effective decisions and project reporting to stakeholders and review boards.

- Manage and coordinate technical interdependencies between workstreams

- Drive effective risks & issues management, ensuring processes are in place and effectively used

- Ensure the IT project team adheres to all standards including ADF, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices.

- Work closely with the Business Project Manager to provide input into the overall Transformation Programme Management office ensuring appropriate visibility of RAID & planning of IT solution deliverables.

- Contributing to the profile and reputation of the company through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers

- Must have worked in Life Science domain

Your Profile

An ideal candidate will be BS or MS degree holder in Life Science, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent with minimum 2+ years of experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.

What do we require?

- Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.

- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels

- Experience in SDLC Framework & Agile/Scrum framework

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- PMP/PMI certification

- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus

- Knowledge of Healthcare, LifeScience, Clinical research industry, and practices and regulations is a plus
