- Program Management Skills: Candidates will need to work to drive programs till execution along with different teams.
- A person in position will need to own projects from conceptualization to execution
- Excellent Stakeholder Management: Candidate needs to have excellent stakeholder management skills.
- He/she will need to work along with different teams to get the programs executed
- People Management: Exhibited people management (1-2 members at least)
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing methods to capture customer VOC and NPS
- Understand and analyze data to drive business insights
- Figure out pain points in the customer journey
- Identify the source of bad customer experience
- Work with different internal stakeholders to improve the customer experience
- Program manage all the customer experience improvement related program
- Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel.
