- This position would be responsible for overall direction, coordination, strategy, quality of product and service delivery by the organization for the specified customer.
Will be completely responsible to:
- Manage, Escalate and Drive satisfactory resolution of customer issues, change management requirements and project concerns. Thereby ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Build and manage internal/external relationships involving all stakeholders and influential bodies.
- Motivate and set task direction/priorities for teams without direct hierarchical control.
- Would coordinate with Sales, Presales and Development Teams within the organsiation along with Partner and Customer to ensure consistent understanding of requirements, setting expectations with various stakeholders internally and externally. Meeting TATs and Customer Expectations are significant KRAs of this role.
- The primary role of this position would be to ensure smooth and ontime delivery of product / service as agreed with business partner and customer.
- Secondary but equally important responsibility would be to create, build and sustain a profitable relationship with customers.
