Program Management - Healthcare Startup

We are currently retained by a leading well-funded Healthcare Start-up to hire a Program Manager attached to the CFO office. The role is based out of Bangalore.

- The role requires someone with natural project management skills and multitasking ability coupled with strong experience in Commercial Finance, Analytical Ability, and basic knowledge of SCM.

Responsibilities :

- The person will be required to practically streamline the sales to payment process to decrease the time between initiation and closure.

- Push through the process in a streamlined way.

- Must possess following characteristics:

- Should be an MBA from a decent college.

- Should have at least 4 to 5 years of experience.

- Should have analytical bend of mind.

- Should know how to get his work done without upsetting others.

- Should have experience in commercial finance.
