Job Responsibilities:

- Looking for a self motivated entrepreneurial professional to work in a early stage start up - High Potential Career Planning.

- The selected person will be responsible for all activities relating to Business Development and Marketing with a focus towards steady revenue growth. They will also be closely involved with product ideation and research.

- The ideal person will be from a good B School with 5-10 years experience in a good company. Expertise in HR , business development, sales, digital Marketing and Social Media will be highly valued. HR background along with sales acumen will be good .

- This position provides the facility to work from home but will meet the team periodically.

- Compensation will be market friendly with a healthy mix of fixed and variable - more skewed towards variable. It will be scaled up as the business grows.
