Job Requirement   (a)Significant number of years with focus on PwD (People with disability) program / initiatives- We are looking at someone who has been involved in end to end implementation of - PwD- program.   (b)Consult with Business groups, HR, Legal and other enabling functions to develop the strategy and framework  (c)Will manage very senior level stakeholders  (d)Will have a small team of 1-2 to manage  Some amount of travel - mostly managed travel to US, India, Latin America, London  The Global Persons with Disabilities Senior Manager, leads the strategy, targets, metrics and reporting for the Persons with Disabilities Program. In addition, they share best practices across the different countries and support local teams who are implementing the strategy on the ground.  Key responsibilities:  1. Strategic Planning  2. Program Management  3. Partner with HR, GU & DTE  4. Business Relationship  5.People Development   Basic Qualifications:  - Bachelor's Degree   - Minimum of 6 years of Project/Program Management experience   Preferred Skills:  - Preferably 3-5 years- experience leading projects; 2-3 years focused on Inclusion and Diversity programs
