- Technical Benchmarks

- On site Due Diligence

- Technical Due Diligence

Should have completed a full project lifecycle :

- Either from a Developer/ Consulting Background

- Master Planning & Engineering Design Firms

- Consulting Firms

- Companies offering EPC solutions in Real Estate Products

- Corporate Dev

Qualification : B Arch, B.E Civil, Master planner
