Program Lead (Khargone)

Location: One of our intervention districts in Madhya Pradesh (Khargone) with interstate travel and travel to Delhi (HO) as required

Roles & responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

- Plan and implement our interventions end-to-end in an integrated manner

- Support team to achieve deliverables, acting as an enabler; Provide critical troubleshooting support as needed

- Guide and support team to generate new ideas to improve program delivery and continuously introduce new initiatives in the district

- In-charge of end-to-end budget for respective district, with the guidance of Senior Program Lead

- Provide strategic and analytical guidance to team on an on-going basis; Provide adequate apprenticeship on the field

- Analyze monitoring data routinely and take steps to fill critical gaps in implementation

- Ensure a positive and nurturing team environment; Keep the team together and be a gatekeeper of organizational culture

- Understand the needs of individual team members and act as a coach; Build capabilities

- Maintain strong relationships and work closely with village/block/district government officials to ensure quality delivery and sustainability of the program

- Contribute to overall organizational needs and vision outside the field (e.g. Donor development, monitoring & evaluation, etc) and collaborate with team members from different locations/departments
