Program Head - Rural Development Vertical - Social Sector

Role Description:

Program Head - Rural Development/ DRR will be responsible for planning and executing all operational plans for Rural Development/ DRR vertical of the large social sector organisation.

Responsibilities -

- Create annual operational plan in line with the strategic priorities identified for the firm.

- Ensure resources and budgets are managed efficiently across all the programs.

- Manage the development, implementation, monitoring of all the program activities.

- Build internal capacity to write proposals, program outcomes, log frameworks and other programmatic components.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with external entities to help build presence and brand.

- Train and develop team members to achieve their goals and improve performance.
