To conceive, design and execute leadership development/behavioral initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the managerial workforce (B1& above) and build a strong leadership pipeline for India, Srilanka, & Bangaldesh. Provide knowledge transfer & execution support for institutionalizing leadership development framework for Africa operations.  Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)  - Works directly with the business leaders to build the capability of the business in terms of leadership skills and competencies by defining a clear leadership development strategy across management levels (i.e. Iconic Programs for top talent across levels, leadership academies for key transition points such as First Time Managers, Managing Managers) and critical roles/segments   - Custodian for executing the leadership development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs and journey [including pre and post program activities], delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training).Continuously researches and develops new technology solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning (i.e. mlearning, elearning, virtual learning etc.) and deploys leading-edge learning & development solutions that are aligned with the business requirements/priorities  - Develop and implement internal systems and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness, consistency and quality of training program development & delivery.  - Develops, analyzes data and trends & delivers management information reports to track and benchmark leadership/behavioural programs effectiveness(i.e. participation, costs, business impact etc.) and for effective decision-making by the seniors.  - Liaison with the best in class training organizations (i.e. CCL, HBS, INSEAD etc.), negotiate terms of engagement and provide recommendations to SCM for contracting with the same.   - Define scope for LMS platform for the organization, evaluate options, share recommendations for finalization of partner. Joint custodian for the design and deployment of LMS, along with Program Head-Functional Capability Development, (including stakeholder management, reporting, user interface, guidelines/principles for platform development etc.). Interfaces between technology partner and internal stakeholders (HR community, employees [B1 & above] for resolution of key issues or support.  - Design and institutionalize top talent development and engagement framework to support their accelerated learning and growth (including mentoring program, engagement with senior leadership, action learning projects/critical experiences etc.). Track quarterly data to evaluate effectiveness of the interventions and escalate with the concerned stakeholders wherever required.  - Design and deploy the multi-stakeholder feedback process for the identified participants. Provide support for post-survey action-planning across business units.  - Represent the organization in various internal/external forums including webinars, networking meetings, expert discussions etc. Participate, on behalf of the organization, in the external surveys/studies by global consulting organizations by collating relevant training & development data (for leadership, competencies/behavioural skills domain) from various internal sources.  Major Challenges :  - Incumbent needs to appreciate the current and future challenges,trendsand business requirements of the Company and Industry and design and deliver cutting edge training solutions to build the leadership pipeline.   - Needs to demonstrate knowledge and competency in L&D domain in order to manage different stakeholders unto a common goal and direction.   - Needs to be aware of the innovative training platforms & best practices to enable leadership capability development and competitive edge.  - Networking and selling skills are essential to develop strong circle of influence across the company.   Educational Level   Must have:  - MBA/ PGDBA with specialization in HR - from the top 10 -15 B- Schools in India  - Relevant Training certifications - like MBTI. Coaching, Counseling, Train the Trainer etc.   Working Experience  Must have: At least 7-9 years of experience with at least 4-5 years in L&D domain particularly in the domain of leadership development. Proficiency in design and delivery of leadership development interventions.
