CEO for the Foundation LOB of a US Based MNC in Healthcare Consulting (12-20 yrs)

POSITION : CEO/Country Director

PURPOSE :

- To develop the strategy and provide direction for the operations of foundation in India.

- Managing the programs and operations of the Foundation.

- To nurture relationships with the government, donors, international/national NGOs, and UN agencies.

- Planning, budgeting, operations and maintaining trusted relationships with all stakeholders.

- Responsible not only for defining the impact areas for the Foundation and will work closely with the Board of Directors to craft the vision, mission, strategy and operations to achieve the envisioned impact.

- Responsible not only for the vision, strategy, coordination but also for raising and managing funds of the Foundation.

- The position is based in New Delhi, India, with travel both nationally and internationally.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Enhance collaboration with top leaders in public health, including those representing the highest levels in government, business, partner organizations, UN agencies, and other nonprofit sectors.

- Showcasing the Foundation on global platforms and promote the impact created on the communities.

- Fundraising; to identify, cultivate and solicit prospective donors and key leaders of prospective new corporate partners.

- Formulating and leading high-performing teams.

- Analyzing gaps in systems (financial, programmatic, staff) and work closely with the concerned department to ensure risks are mitigated

- Coordination with Finance department to manage organizational spending, monitor budget compliance, to ensure smooth functioning of the Foundation

- Diversity Inclusion.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

- Minimum 12-20 years at a nonprofit entity.

- Fundraising through international agencies including UN and other institutional donors. Experience in philanthropic fundraising support is a must

- Experience in CSR fundraising and fund management preferably within an international organization of similar size and complexity will be a plus.
