We are looking for an individual with end-to-end experience in managing large scale enterprise-wide transformational programs. The person plays a key role in providing leadership in driving various teams towards a common goal. Based on the overall program objectives, PD will set goals and milestones for individual teams and closely monitor them to achieve the overall objective. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Essential Skills Required:

- Large Program Management experience in Financial Services Industry/E-Commerce

- Experience in managing 200-300 member teams

- Experience in Project Planning, Project Estimation, Project Execution, and Project Governance.

- Proven leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage simultaneous deliverables and meet deadlines

- Understanding of Mutual Fund/Banking/Insurance Market

- Thorough understanding of Change Management

- Deep understanding of Project Management using Agile and/or water-fall methodologies

- Experience in building high performance applications with Consistency, Availability, & Performance requirements taken care of.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, & Cost Management

- Experience in delivering solutions in latest technology

- Front-end technologies like Angular/React

- Back-end program languages Java/Python

- EDA (Event Driven Architecture)

- Micro Services

- Databases (Relational, NoSQL, inMemory)

- Analytical tools

- Hands-on Experience in transformational programs wherein a legacy system is being re- architected in parallel to current running system

- Building and nurturing high performance teams

- Stake holder management to balance the conflicting needs based on cost benefit analysis

- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to operate effectively in an Indian/Global environment. Ability to influence and communicate across functions and to external stakeholders

- Must be able to anticipate challenges and risks and proactively suggest/implement solutions.

- Ability to work under pressure demonstrating agility through effective and innovative team leadership

- Ability to manage Interactions with regulators for compliance

- Understanding of building secured applications

- Understanding of Privacy and related regulations

- Understanding of DevSecOps as a platform for build, maintain, & operate

- Understanding of building SaaS based services

- Strong understanding of SMAC

- Exposure in leveraging AI in applications

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the objectives of the re-architect program and organizational objectives.

- Plan the program taking into consideration of timelines, milestones, budgets

- Budget planning and execution

- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements

- Supervise the program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems

- Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of processes and people

- Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed

- Ensure program adheres to legal guidelines and internal policies

- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reporting

Education & Experience - Minimum Requirements:

- BS/BE/MS/MBA or equivalent experience in mathematics, statistics, computer science, Finance or related field.

- At least 5+ experience in large scale program management. Overall experience of 15-20 years.
