We are looking to hire a program director for our data science vertical, someone with technology sales background will be a good fit. Purpose: - Responsible for consulting and acquiring clients, strategizing, evangelizing AI adoption with user enterprises and government departments. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve clients / partner acquisition targets and expand customer base. Research, Identify, cultivate, and solicit support for acceleration of innovation and adoption of data-driven decision making by user enterprises & government. - Liaise with external constituents and partners regarding programs to deliver the committed deliverables. - General administrative tasks such as management/oversight of partnership agreements, project management, site visits to gather company and industry intelligence, development/promotion of small business services and programs, including presentations to relevant business and community groups to promote the awareness and mission of CoE. - He / She is used to the pressure of high-profile projects, and can effectively work with colleagues and partner ecosystem at all levels of the organization, whilst managing expectations of all parties and making sure to meet deadlines and other requirements. - He / She will be will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. Should have the ability to assess and prioritize strategic opportunities, establish a roadmap, execute an ongoing set of initiatives, analyze the impact of each program, and continually optimize results. - All responsibilities carried out in accordance with Code of Conduct, values and guiding principles ensuring adherence to all applicable external contractual obligations and environmental obligations as applicable. Primary Responsibilities: - Develop a long-term strategy and programs for business development, partnerships and alliances to evangelize adoption of data-driven decision making by user enterprises and government - Build partnership relationship with clients, providing subject matter expertise, pursuing consultative approach to identify areas of improvement, and positioning CoE DSAI as the partner to help clients achieve their business &amp; technology goals - Consult on digital transformation deal and create simplified solutions for integration with start-ups / innovators in AI. Engage in customer solutioning, brainstorming product ideas with prospects - Build a community of supporters, disseminate knowledge through workshops, hackathons, business challenges, seminars, best practice sessions etc, to unleash the competitive spirit of innovation - Program management, with the ability to own development of business pipeline and effectively coordinate internal and external resources to maximize business conversion - Develop and monitor program budget. Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reports related to assigned programs, including financial reports that summarize and/or outline incoming and outgoing funds. - Contribute to the development and implementation of a CoE strategy and deliverables to achieve the maximum impact for innovators, user enterprises and government - Interfaces and manages relationship with various external agencies, partners and government. Partner with other functional groups within and member network etc to ensure overall effectiveness of the CoE and provide visibility for CoE and its partners Position Requirements/Specifications: - Behavioral Competencies (for superior performance) - Stakeholder Management Program Execution - Communication Change Management - Consultative Approach Dealing with Ambiguity - Education &amp; Work Experience (to enter position) - Bachelors degree, MBA desirable. Excellent understand of technology with overall experience of 15+ yrs in which at least 5+ years in solutions / sales of AI technology to C level executives - Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursue consultative client engagements to drive business growth - Knowledge or experience working with entrepreneurs &amp; user enterprises and understanding on current thinking and practices in the field of DS &amp; AI - Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred, collaborating across teams and functions - Good understanding of start-up and DS&amp; AI ecosystem - Business &amp; Process Knowledge - Project/Program Management Process (PMP) desirable - Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation
