Looking for MBA HR from, currently working in the banking sector bank as Program Coordinator.
Key roles and responsibilities of the coordinator will include :
- Nomination of newly joined BMs for the Induction Training Program
- SPOC for the nominated trainees for admin arrangements, FAQs, connecting to CO IT/ Admin/ HR, etc.
- Smooth management of training completion across - E-module programs, Classroom training and OJT across all nominated candidates
- Managing post-training assessment and feedback on performance of new BM
- Program governance in terms of gathering feedback for overall program, content quality, module delivery
- Maintain quality of trainer pool and program content through regular feedback and updation.
Candidates currently working into L& D team into the banking sector would be given preference.
