Program Associate - Non Profit Foundation

Program Associate (reporting to the Regional Director) of a large nonprofit Foundation. This is a pivotal role that enables the office to make effective grants through insightful strategic support to key team members. Candidates with relevant experience in research, evaluation and strategy development are invited to apply.

Role Summary: Provide strategic research inputs to the office and portfolio grant making strategies, analyze grant portfolios on type, thematic interventions and outcomes, highlight opportune spaces for high impact grant making, support thought leadership initiatives with well-researched content, engage with grantees for ongoing evaluation and learning interventions, anchor key grant engagement processes both within the team and with external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidates: The Foundation looks forward to engaging with candidates who work well in teams and have:

- A post-graduate degree in social sciences or management

- Experience in field research - qualitative and quantitative

- Relevant experience in social impact space

- Made contributions to research papers or reports

- Curiosity, sharp analytical and effective communication skills
