Job Description:
- Build the people development function within the company
- Understand the people requirement brief and build the plan (from job descriptions to sourcing plans) for quick and timely execution.
- Actively use your network to source good candidates that fit the brief and build the core teams.
- Set and manage the interview process (scheduling, feedback, communication to stakeholders)
- Manage the communication for Careers/ Employees/ Future Employees internally and externally (social media, job sites and related media)
- Connect with student communities/ placement cells at campuses to tap into young talent along as a potential hiring pool
Prerequisite Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sourcing Skills - ability to find talent across a diverse set of roles, backgrounds and geographies.
- You should be interested in pursuing HR as a full time career option
- Excel, Word and PPT skills
