Over 12 years' work experience in managing operations teams for retail unsecured loans/Supply Chain Finance / SME loans for Banks, Fintech or large NBFCs - Manage credit processing and documentation teams - Experience with managing large teams and monthly loan disbursals of up to 1000 -2000 files per month - Experience in loan management systems/disbursals - Experience in driving portfolio nos - Business/personal loans experience preferable - Experience in payments business is also useful (not mandatory) - Experience in scaling up in Operations
