Company now wants to double down on its software offering building out the full range of business management products for its retailers - inventory management, billing, accounting, tax filing. It's looking for a Senior recruitment manager to scale the business Responsibilities and Duties: - Responsible for driving the selection and hiring process from position launch through offer acceptance and new hire onboarding - Identifying quality talents who are the best fit for the role and aligned with Progcap's culture and values - Building strong pipelines of candidates through a network of professional contacts, online resources and other effective platforms - Creating job descriptions and salary structures for each opening - Serving as the point person and primary interviewer during the interview process - Ensuring a seamless interview experience for each candidate with a focus on feedback sharing with every candidate interviewed - Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation - Extending a job offer to each prospective employee - Implementing strategies to develop and retain employees Requirements: - Driven, energetic, hustler - A person with a bias for action, strong interpersonal skills and an desire to impact outcomes - Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated with can do attitude. - Proficient in MS applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and LinkedIn Recruiter
