Primary Responsibilities : - Responsible for handling a team, and generating revenue for Progcap through business development and sourcing business through new accounts. - A team handling role Prior experience in team management is an added advantage - Strong corporate communication skills for liaising with manufacturer (Anchor) head office and field teams. - Generating leads for new accounts for assigned reporting team - Strong presentation skills in order to explain Progcap concept to the main dealer and sub dealer channel partners - Liaising between various Progcap teams such as credit, post sanction, disbursal etc. - Responsible for healthy utilization of enrolled accounts and portfolio - Fluent English &amp; Hindi is mandatory. Secondary Responsibilities : Must be from auto vertical industry. 1. Progcap program &amp; concept pitch to anchor, distributor &amp; retailer Business development and concept selling.
