Program Manager - Founders Office - Progcap is looking to hire highly driven individuals for our Founders' office, who can own end-to-end strategic initiatives and their implementation - Work closely with Founders on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then think on scaling it. - Identify and drive key strategic projects - this would include working on key growth levers, innovation opportunities, building frameworks and conducting analysis to take strategic decisions - Work with CXOs, BU and Function Heads to drive OKR conceptualization, execution and planning to translate the strategic roadmap to appropriate execution pathways and performance tracking - Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department Leaders - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support key projects and initiatives - Oversee new strategic business initiatives through successful execution in coordination with Team Heads other team members. - Program management of cross functional / high impact projects. - Design, Implement, Monitor and Execute special projects - Assist and communicate with Team Heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Education & Experience - MBA from Tier 1 Institutes - Experience of 5 -10 years with relevant experience An ideal candidate: - Does not wait for instructions and guidelines but instead believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Work independently under minimal direction with a strong work ethic - Good at executing ideas as well as coming up with them, and someone who thrives in and builds through chaos, action and a fast-paced start-up vibe.
