Formulate and ensure adherence to various risk management policies for the NBFC with the objective of ensuring strong growth without compromising on asset quality. 2. Analyze and and review various credit and product proposals in close coordination with sales team, and prepare appropriate recommendation for committee approval. 3. Keep up to speed with various economic, industry and market developments to ensure internal strategy and risk management are in line with changing macro picture. 4. Work with the credit and ops team to streamline approvals and disbursals and adhere to TAT. 5. Prepare presentations and various MI basis analytics and data mining, to help decide company strategy etc. 6. Have exposure to products like Unsecured Loans (Business Loans) and retail supply chain finance with experience across traditional and new age platforms 7.
