The Company is the recipient of the World Bank's "SME Global Product Innovation of the year", 2018 award. Looking for an AVP Operations (Reconciliation) with 7+ years of relevant experience . Rich experience in BFSI segment / Acquaintance with fintech space for will be preferred. - Determining Financial objective & designing & implementing systems, policies & procedure to facilitate financial control, guiding preparation of cash flow & bank reconciliation statements - Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions - Lead for Margin Management in Company - Collaborate with senior management team in improving & executing strategies & process, accomplishing corporate goals and profitability of the company - MIS reports & reconciliation statements as well as undertaking analysis for key indicators to assist top management - Reconciliation of books of accounts & monitor all banking activities to detect irregularities - Ensure correct documentation is used during disbursal by managing audit of each disbursed case. - Track all complaints related to customers and initiate action wherever required. - Ensuring compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements Also required: - Team handling - Ledger reconciliation - Supporting all month end data driven process - Reconciliation of customer, internal and bank records on daily basis - Ensure processing of rectification entries - Work towards process automation
