Profit Centre Head - Packaged Software - IIT/IIM

Our client is a pioneer and leader in packaged software and in SMAC. We are now looking for a person who will be capable of leading a young and driven Team to meet both top line and bottom line targets.

The ideal person should be coming from a Business Development background with USA exposure. Persons must have an entrepreneurial mindset as the targets will be challenging and innovative methodologies have to be adopted to meet targets.

- The candidate should be from IIT/IIM

- He should have between 15 to 18 years experience - can go up to 20 years, in case of an exceptional performer - the candidate should not be more than 45 years of age;

- The person must be of top caliber with proven track record of growing a business using innovative strategies;

- The Vertical has totally around 400 persons and hence the candidate should have proven man management skills;

- He should be having a strong Sales and Strategy focus and should be handling P&L
