Position : Profit Center Head

Job location : West Africa

Require : French must

Salary : Max 40LPA + other Benefits.

Job Description:-

- Ensure high motivational levels in the team and get the team aligned with the overall Cashew strategy that we follow in country

- Support the Business Head in designing trading & positional strategies by understanding the trade and market dynamics and providing timely market updates and information.

- Interface with appropriate regulatory bodies for ensuring alignment of Business with Country and sector ambitions.

- Ability to build, strengthen and keep motivated a young, energetic and growing team.

- Supply Chain Experience in an export commodity would be desirable.

Qualifications :

- State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job. These are the qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position.

Qualifications include:

- Education - MBA or Post Graduate

- Specialized knowledge - Atleast 5-7 years work experience in procurement, logistics and handling finance.

- Skills - Moderate/ Fluent French speaking

- Abilities - Global mindset, ability to break big goals into byte sized achievable aims,

ability to micro-manage/ macro-engagement to ensure efficient execution, eye for details.

- Professional Certification - MBA/ Business Finance

- Experience - Atleast 2-3 years of business head experience in handling the Cashew business.
