Profit Centre Head/CEO/Vice President - Steel Forged Components Manufacturing Firm

Our client is a mid-sized and well established Steel Forged components and services to their clients across India. They also provide Machining and Heat Treatment services amongst others.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Profit Centre Head (CEO) for their operations. The Business Head is a key member of the leadership team and will report to the MD. As the Business Head, you will be responsible for the P&L of the organization and for growing the organization. You will oversee Strategy, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR.

The incumbent will be responsible for (amongst others):

- Designing & implementing business strategies, Budgets, Plans & Processes

- Increase revenues and reduce costs to ensure high profitability

- Oversee daily operations of the company

- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective processes

- Report directly to the CMD with analysis of areas of improvement

The ideal candidate would be/have:

- BE / MTech (Mech/Metallurgy pref)

- 20+ year of experience of which 3 years at Senior CxO Levels

- Must have experience in Steel Forging industry

- Have core experience in production, sales & leading change, achieving growth etc

- Excellent leadership & Communication skills

- Be from the Delhi/NCR region

- Budgets for this role is around 30-40 LPA
